• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills via phone and messaging apps

• Responsible, punctual, and a team player

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and messages from clients

• Schedule and book appointments

• Coordinate with drivers and clients

• Maintain work documentation

Conditions:

• Remote work

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, USA)
