We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Process technician to join our team in Training and Assessment department!

As our new Instrumentation & Process Trainer, you will be responsible for helping our and our clients' employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide theory based training, online training and hands on practical in Instrumentation & Process topics. You will assess candidates competencies and report results. Developing training content, web based learning and practical exercises. If you love sharing your knowledge and helping others to improve and expand their knowledge, you will love this job!

• Bachelor, master in instrument and process engineering.
• Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English, Russian and Kazakh.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to respond rapidly and calmly to changing goals and tight deadlines.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of Instrumentation & Process design concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of Instrumentation & Process components used in industrial Instrumentation & Process installation.
• Excellent knowledge of P&ID, PLC, DCS, Control Valves, Gas Detectors, Fire and smoke detectors, Flow/Level/PH/Temperature/Pressure measurements and Hart Communicator.
• Excellent knowledge of RoK PUE.
• Basic knowledge on Explosion Protection, IS circuits.
• Basic knowledge on commissioning.
• Rules and methods of planning of people and materials.
• Experience in delivering training.
• Management and coordination of engineering works across all company activities.
• Design and calculation of EX-certified, electrical, and instrumentation & control installations, and verification of designs.
• Assessment of EX equipment, site assessments, and preparation of reports.
• Analysis of compliance with EX requirements and provision of consultancy services.
• Preparation for and support of EX inspection and repair activities.
• Development of content for training services.
• Supervision and leadership of engineers and technicians.
• Mentoring of the company’s instructors, technicians, and engineers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all projects in compliance with scope and budget.
• Development of detailed plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
• Creation and maintenance of complete project documentation.
• Risk management to minimize project risks.
• Monitoring new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices, and applying this knowledge for continuous improvement of the company’s operations.
• Performing the duties of Technical Authorized Person for all company activities, including TC 75 “Industrial Safety.”
• Performing the duties of a licensed trainer and expert under international certification schemes.
• Consulting and adapting international best practices in competency development, production of products, and service delivery to market needs in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Performing other individual or ad hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
