Based on information received from the Crew Planning Department regarding the number and composition of cabin crew, monitors the timely appearance of cabin crew members for briefing; in case of absence, promptly informs Crew Control.
In accordance with approved standards and the rules of the Cabin Crew Department, verifies the availability of all required documents (ID pass, medical book, cabin crew certificate).
Prior to the flight, checks the crew’s appearance, the correct wearing of the uniform, and the availability of flight documents to ensure the required number of cabin crew for the operation. In case of non-compliance with established requirements, has the authority to remove cabin crew members from duty during the briefing.
Coordinates with catering units, places orders for passenger and crew meals, as well as galley equipment.
Prepares soft and removable inventory for the flight.
Informs cabin crew promptly about any updates to regulatory documents, work plans, and other relevant information.
Ensures timely provision of transportation for crew members before and after flights according to the internal procedures of the Cabin Crew Department, supporting crew operations in line with the roster and any last-minute changes.
Prepares flight documentation forms in accordance with internal procedures, provides them to the cabin crew before the flight, processes post-flight documentation (Cabin Crew Report, SCDR, flight task), and submits them to the relevant departments.
Higher education.
Total work experience of at least 2 years.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the aviation industry.
English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
