Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in target markets.
• Maintain close relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and loyalty.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, retention, and
• player quality.
• Negotiate commission deals and promotional agreements with partners.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and payment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Compliance, and Finance) to align affiliate activities with broader marketing goals.
• Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources.

  
  Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or related verticals).
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 markets.
• Experience and contacts in LATAM, Africa, and Asia are a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Experience with modern affiliate platforms such as Scaleo, Everflow, Affilka, CellXpert, or PartnerMatrix.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, performance-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
