Responsibilities:
Monitors the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international standards and recommended practices applicable to the Flight Data Analysis Program. Analyzes the Company’s processes and procedures and informs the Director of any deficiencies related to their effectiveness.
Prepares and provides monthly reports to relevant departments on the functioning of the Flight Data Analysis (FDA) program to identify deviations from expected performance indicators.
Plans, prepares materials for, and conducts quarterly meetings of the Flight Data Monitoring Safety Action Group (FDM SAG).
Maintains statistics on flight data monitoring and trend analysis to enhance flight safety.
As part of investigations of aviation occurrences and incidents, performs analysis and prepares descriptions based on decoded flight data related to the investigated event.
Requirements:
Higher education in aviation, engineering, or in the field of statistics or information technology.
Preferably certified in Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Preferably certified in Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
