Responsibilities:

• Work with the Deloitte DKU Reporting Specialists, and report to the Business Operations channel in-charge and ultimately to the Head of Business Services
• Format client financial statements in Word in accordance with Deloitte formatting standards
• Print and bind formatted financial statements
• Issue financial statements and record issuance dates in an official register
• Monitor the supply of reporting inventories, such as covers and binding supplies, and order replacements when required
• Cover for the Reporting Specialist position in Tashkent, Uzbekistan when required, i.e. during vacations, period of sick leave, and work overload in Tashkent

Requirements:

• Good Microsoft Word and general computer skills
• Good administrative and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written)
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
• A higher education
• Work experience is preferable, but not required
