What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager)

• Designing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that drive player acquisition and boost revenue.
• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliate partners to grow a robust, diverse network.
• Building long-term relationships through structured communication, support, and performance incentives.
• Monitoring KPIs, evaluating campaign results, and optimizing performance.
• Staying sharp on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor moves.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
• Reporting on performance and presenting actionable insights to leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming with KZ, UZ, KG.
•  Proven track record in affiliate acquisition and portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of RevShare models — from negotiation to performance analysis.
• Hands-on with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
• Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with CIS, Asian, European, African markets.
• You’re KPI-driven, data-savvy, and ready to scale.
