Schedule: Rotational 28 days on site / 28 days off
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the canteen, ensuring timely and efficient meal service
Coordinate and manage kitchen and service staff across multiple shifts
Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistent quality
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP) and sanitary regulations
Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and requisition of supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas
Support menu implementation and participate in tastings and product trials
Handle feedback from employees and escalate issues when necessary
Prepare daily operational reports and assist in performance evaluations
Requirements
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a rotational and remote environment
Relevant qualification or certification in hospitality, catering, or food service
