Operation Scale: High-volume production canteen
We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee large-scale food service operations in a remote production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering high-quality meals to a workforce of thousands daily.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Lead and supervise catering operations in a high-volume canteen environment.
Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO, HACCP, and other sanitary standards.
Team Leadership: Organize, train, and motivate a large team of kitchen and service staff.
Quality Assurance: Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistent standards.
Logistics & Procurement: Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials.
Budget Control: Develop and monitor catering budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource use.
Health & Safety: Maintain workplace hygiene and safety standards across all catering operations.
Client Relations: Handle feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Innovation: Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of catering processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing large-scale catering operations (preferably remote or industrial sites).
Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
Strong communication skills in English and Russian (Kazakh is an advantage).
