Key responsibilities are:
Timely receive, register, process and report on the organization of medical treatment world-wide;
Work with internal database and keep all the cases up-to-date;
Maintain solid and effective communication with the medical providers, insured members and clients by email or phone.
Work closely with the team to define the areas of attention and take necessary actions to ensure a good client experience.
Collaborate with other teams to address clients´ queries and establish an efficient workflow and communication.
