About OshCasino


OshCasino is an online casino focused on fair play, great user experience, and long-term
relationships with our players and partners. We work with top game providers, offer a wide
range of slots and live casino, and actively grow through affiliates, streamers, and community
marketing.


We are now looking for a TIER 1 Influencer / Streamer Marketing Manager who will build and scale
our collaborations with streamers and content creators.

Your Role

You will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and supporting TIER 1 streamers and influencers who
promote OshCasino on Twitch, Kick, YouTub,e and social media. Your main goal is to bring
high-quality players and build long-term partnerships that are profitable for both sides.

What You Will Do

• Search for casino / gambling / crypto / betting streamers and influencers in our target
markets.
• Reach out, negotiate and close deals (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, fixed fee + KPI).
• Plan and launch campaigns: streams, tournaments, promo codes, giveaways, special
events.
• Provide partners with all needed assets: tracking links, creatives, bonus offers, guidelines.
• Monitor performance (registrations, FTDs, deposits, NGR, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
• Build long-term relationships with streamers and help them grow together with OshCasino.

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience working with TIER 1 influencers/streamers (ideally in iGaming or betting).
• Understanding of platforms: Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – you know how to close a partner.
• Basic analytical skills: you understand traffic metrics, conversions, and player value.
• English at C1 level or higher, sufficient to communicate with partners (other languages are
a plus).
• Interest in online casinos, sports betting, and streaming culture.
