Internal Audit Division (further – IAD)

Key functional responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with internal audit standards;
• Providing development of program, methodologies and procedures of IAD;
• Be responsible for providing guidance to the IAD activities, organizing work thereof, creating the necessary conditions for successful fulfillment of tasks assigned to the IAD;
• To perform audit field work & assume managerial duties in absence of Head of Internal Audit.
• To document & communicate all audit findings to audited departments and divisions.
• To assist IAD in the conducting of all aspects of operations/credit audits in the Bank.
• To assist in Audit Planning, Audit Fieldwork, Report Writing, Development Projects, and Miscellaneous Duties.

Requirements:

• Higher economic or financial education, Certified Internal Auditor certification
• Minimum of 4 yrs. of work experience as Internal Auditor (Bank).
• Knowledge of legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including normative documents of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations.
• Knowledge of civil and banking law, international standards of auditing and financial reporting, as well as the skills and qualifications appropriate to the nature of his/her functions.
• Knowledge of principles and guidelines of Islamic finance.
• Good command of spoken and written English with reports writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player.
