About the Role:
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help enhance our risk management and business decision processes through advanced machine learning. In this role, you will develop and validate ML models, support their implementation in production, and monitor their performance to ensure reliability and accuracy. You’ll work closely with risk, data, and product teams to deliver data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate machine learning models for risk and other business processes
Support the deployment of models in production and ensure smooth implementation
Monitor model performance and take action to maintain predictive accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Contribute to improving internal workflows and data-driven decision-making
Fluent Russian, English B1+ (comfortable with technical documentation)
1+ years of experience in data science and ML modeling
Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms
Experience in risk management is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other ML tools
SQL and data manipulation skills
Experience monitoring ML models in production environments
