Мы - Grand Games, казахстанский технохолдинг родом из Усть-Каменогорска. Разрабатываем онлайн мобильные игры, наш флагман - Grand Mobile, ролевая RPG с открытым миром. Помимо этого, развиваем агрегатор доставки еды EMENU, а также ведём проекты в сфере искусственного интеллекта. Мы не ограничиваем себя одной индустрией - мы создаем удобные и интересные продукты в любой сфере. Быстро растем и продолжаем расширяться.

Ищем Compliance Officer, который поможет нам выстроить внутренние политики и снизить регуляторные риски на уровне холдинга.

Задачи:

  • Контроль за соблюдением законодательства, внутренних регламентов и политик компании.
  • Разработка и внедрение compliance-процедур, кодекса этики, антикоррупционных и KYC-политик.
  • Мониторинг изменений законодательства и адаптация процессов под новые требования.
  • Анализ рисков несоблюдения норм (финансовых, юридических, операционных).
  • Проведение внутренних аудитов и подготовка рекомендаций по улучшению процессов.
  • Обучение сотрудников вопросам compliance и предотвращению нарушений.
  • Взаимодействие с юристами, финансовой и HR-командой.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в сфере compliance / юридического сопровождения / внутреннего контроля.
  • Знание корпоративного и трудового законодательства, понимание принципов KYC/AML.
  • Навык выстраивания системных процессов и написания внутренних регламентов.
  • Умение находить баланс между безопасностью и эффективностью бизнеса.
  • Английский — на уровне, позволяющем работать с международными стандартами и документацией.
  • Будет плюсом опыт в GameDev.
