Описание

Обязанности:
  • Управление всей проектной деятельностью компании: от инициации до релиза.
  • Формирование, приоритизация и контроль исполнения бэклога разработки.
  • Управление несколькими проектными потоками одновременно (финтех-продукты, интеграции, кастомные решения).
  • Совместная работа с бизнес-заказчиками: сбор и уточнение требований, планирование релизов.
  • Построение системы управления задачами, спринтами и метриками эффективности.
  • Обеспечение дисциплины исполнения и прозрачности процессов
  • Анализ рисков, управление сроками и ресурсами.
  • Развитие и координация команды проектных менеджеров
  • Регулярная отчётность перед руководством: статус проектов, KPI, риски, roadmap.

Требования:
  • Опыт от 5 лет в управлении IT-проектами, из них не менее 2 лет - в финтехе.
  • Глубокое понимание SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
  • Опыт ведения многопоточных проектов и работы с кросс-функциональными командами (dev, QA, BA, DevOps).
  • Навык построения понятных планов, метрик и процессов
  • Сильные лидерские качества, умение вдохновлять и требовать результат.
  • Опыт работы с Miro, Figma, Notion.
  • Понимание ключевых бизнес-процессов в кредитовании, скоринге, интеграциях с внешними системами (БКИ, госбазы, платёжные шлюзы).
  • Системное мышление, высокая самоорганизация и стрессоустойчивость.
  • Знание BPMN, UML, SQL на уровне чтения.
