Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating external events such as seminars, webinars, and client sessions, including the preparation of announcements, registration management, coordination with speakers, and overall event logistics.

• Support weekly reporting and coordination with the design team, including proofreading materials and ensuring consistency with KPMG brand standards.

• Create and manage email newsletters promoting Consulting services and events.

• Prepare social media content and short videos to support KPMG’s digital presence.

• Conduct market and competitor research, analyze findings, and prepare recommendations.

• Contribute to website updates and collaborate with global teams to adapt best practices locally.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and research skills.

• Experience in organizing and managing events.

• Previous experience or internships in PR, communications, or event management are an advantage.

• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.

• Confident computer skills: Excel – ability to maintain and consolidate lists or data. PowerPoint – ability to create presentations and visual layouts. Word – ability to format and edit documents.

• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

• Open to students or graduates of any specialization.
