Performing written and oral translation to/from English (business, legal, and general documentation; meetings; negotiations; correspondence).
Editing and proofreading translations, ensuring proper terminology, style, and accuracy of meaning.
Handling business correspondence in English.
Providing language support to staff and management during internal and external communications.
Assisting the executive and participating in the resolution of day-to-day administrative matters as part of routine workflow.
Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining professional conduct when working with internal and external information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Fluent English — both written and spoken — at a level not lower than C1–C2 (Advanced/Proficient).
Excellent command of native and/or second working language (depending on translation directions).
Proven experience in written translation of texts across various fields (business, technical, legal, medical, etc.).
Proficiency in oral interpretation (consecutive and/or simultaneous) in a professional setting.
Knowledge of professional terminology in one or more areas (e.g. finance, law, IT, medicine, marketing, etc.).
Strong writing skills and stylistic accuracy in conveying the original meaning.
Proficiency in computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools: Trados, MemoQ, Memsource, Smartcat, or equivalents.
Ability to quickly analyze texts and use reliable sources for terminology verification.
Skills in editing and proofreading translations.
High level of focus and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team (especially in international projects).
Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to professional translation ethics.
Flexibility and adaptability to various translation formats and styles.
