Responsibilities:

Provide quotations and product availability updates to customers and sales engineers Process purchase orders and customer orders in BPCS system Issue invoices and credit notes in BPCS and 1C systems Prepare and manage contracts, specifications, and consignment agreements Ensure trade compliance documentation is complete and accurate Coordinate shipments and prepare all supporting documents Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service Provide monthly sales forecasts and reporting to management Maintain accurate legal and financial data for customer accounts

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively across teams Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes Experience with BPCS, 1C, and ACIGN systems is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
