About the role:

We are looking for an Team Lead with strong skills in process management and technical expertise in fintech/payments. You will organize development workflows, optimize Agile processes and ensure delivery of robust payment and wallet solutions integrated with banks and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), optimize workflows in Jira, track metrics
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, releases, and knowledge base in Confluence
• Lead and mentor two small development teams, run 1:1s and growth plans
• Define technical requirements, clarify tasks, and collaborate on architecture
• Deliver secure, resilient payment systems (Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis)
• Build and maintain integrations with banks and providers (APIs, host-to-host, webhooks)
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, AML/KYC, and implement best practices in security
• Support merchants and partners during integrations and incident management
• Manage reconciliation, settlement, and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Experience as System Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in fintech
• Technical background sufficient to define requirements and understand system architecture
• Strong knowledge of payments: gateways, flows, settlements.
• 5+ years with Go, 2+ years as Team Lead
• Proficiency with gRPC/Protobuf, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Experience with reconciliation, settlement, SLA/SLO, and secure systems (Vault, KMS, encryption)
• Strong communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders
• Fluency in both English and Russian is essential in this role

• ISO 8583, 3DS, SEPA/SWIFT/ISO 20022
• Double-entry ledger, anti-fraud rules/signals
• Blockchain/custody experience (on/off-ramp, wallets, fee policies)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
