The IT company Andersen invites an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Python) to join its team for working with a company from Kazakhstan.

The customer is an innovative bank and a leader in the financial market of Kazakhstan since 1997. It has more than 100 branches across the country. The bank offers a wide range of financial services and products. The customer actively develops digital platforms and mobile applications to provide convenient access to banking services anytime and anywhere.

The project is the development of the system design and technical modules of the mobile application.

Responsibilities:

• Testing the backend part of the application to ensure its stability and functionality.
• Developing and implementing an efficient framework for automated testing.
• Setting up a Testing Farm.
• Creating and implementing automated tests from scratch.
• Maintaining and updating automated tests to ensure their relevance and efficiency.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Python) for 2+ years.
• Knowledge of the Python programming language and the basics of OOP.
• Knowledge of the PyTest framework and libraries for it.
• Strong skills in distributed microservice architecture testing methodology, authorization mechanisms, asynchronous communication, containerization.
• Knowledge and experience in Git and Gitlab (preferably) or alternative CI/CD systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka/gRPC for in-depth defect analysis.
• Ability to configure emulators and real devices to be able to perform automated tests on them.
• Ability to run automated tests on device farms.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of the main tools (ADB, Appuim, Allure) used in automating mobile application testing.
