Описание

Служба цифровых продуктов занимаемся разработкой ИТ продуктов в различных направлениях: В2В, внутренние продукты, core системы.
Ищем продакт менеджера (уровень junior/middle) на внутренний ERP продукт.

Обязанности:
  • Разработка и реализация стратегии продукта на основе анализа рынка, потребностей бизнес заказчиков и бизнес-целей компании.
  • Анализ рынка, конкурентов и трендов для определения потенциальных возможностей и рисков.
  • Управление полным жизненным циклом продукта, включая концепцию, разработку, выпуск и поддержку.
  • Определение требований к продукту и планирование выпусков с учетом стратегии и приоритетов компании.
  • Управление командами разработки, дизайна, QA, аналитиков в процессе создания и улучшения продукта.
  • Взаимодействие с внутренними службами и отделами для обеспечения эффективной коммуникации и сотрудничества.
  • Оценка производительности продукта на основе ключевых показателей успеха/метрик и внесение корректировок для достижения высоких результатов.
  • Мониторинг и анализ отзывов пользователей для постоянного совершенствования продукта и удовлетворения потребностей клиентов.
Требования:
  • Знание принципов работы ERP/BPM продуктов, ключевых систем, структуры ИТ систем, понимание структуры бизнеса
  • Практический опыт в разработке и внедрении цифровых сервисов, опыт создания и развития core систем
  • Навыки анализа, планирования, прогнозирования, бюджетирования, разработки и внедрения продуктов.
  • Развитое стратегическое мышление, профессиональные навыки и системное мышление.
  • Лидерские качества, коммуникабельность, способность к эффективному кросс - функциональному взаимодействию, открытость новым идеям и инициативам.
  • Высокие навыки коммуникаций с кросс-функциональными подразделениями
  • Знание английского языка (не ниже Upper-Intermediate)
