Key account manager & tender specialist
Location:Kazakhstan, Uralsk/Aksai
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract new clients for crane
rental
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing
customers
- Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations, and close
contracts
- Keep accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
- Participate in tenders, exhibitions, and industry
events
- Coordinate with the technical team for equipment
selection
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets---
PROFILE
- Higher education (technical or commercial preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy
equipment or industrial machinery
- Knowledge of the lifting equipment market is an
advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills
- Confident PC user (MS Office, CRM)
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of English and/or Kazakh/Russian
