Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability;
Plan, organize, and monitor daily workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of projects, services, and solutions;
Act as a bridge between IT and other business units, facilitating transparent and efficient communication;
Ensure technical solutions meet quality standards, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability (technical debt management);
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for team members’ professional growth;
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations;
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping scale IT operations and increase efficiency;
Requirements:
At least 3+ years of professional experience in IT, with a solid technical background;
Proven experience in team leadership (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or IT Manager);
Strong people management skills: ability to inspire, coach, and retain talent;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and priorities;
Higher education in IT or a technical discipline (Master’s degree is a plus);
English proficiency at Intermediate level or above (confident communication in international environments);
Knowledge of modern development, support, or DevOps practices is an advantage;
