Описание

  • Анализ ассортимента и конкурентной среды: регулярный мониторинг рыночных тенденций, показателей и активности конкурентов.

  • Формирование и отслеживание KPI: управление такими показателями, как доля рынка, приоритетные SKU, видимость продукции и эффективное размещение на полке.

  • Разработка планограмм: создание и адаптация планограмм для розничных форматов с целью усиления визуального присутствия бренда и увеличения товарооборота.

  • Вывод новых и сезонных продуктов на рынок: определение релевантных каналов продаж, установка целевых показателей по дистрибуции, продажам и ротации.

  • Оценка эффективности категорийных инициатив: подготовка аналитических отчетов с выводами и рекомендациями по улучшению результативности.

  • Взаимодействие с агентствами: формирование технических заданий и анкет для ритейл-аудита, контроль за качеством и полнотой собранных данных, анализ результатов.

  • Кросс-функциональное сотрудничество: участие в подготовке и защите проектов, предоставление аналитических рекомендаций, презентация предложений, основанных на данных.

Требования к кандидату:

  • Опыт работы в FMCG-компаниях (желательно – в аналогичной роли)

  • Отличные навыки работы с MS Excel

  • Владение инструментами Nielsen и/или GfK

  • Сильные аналитические способности и умение доносить выводы до разных стейкхолдеров

  • Стратегическое мышление, высокая работоспособность в условиях многозадачности, умение принимать решения на основе данных

  • Ориентированность на результат и умение работать в команде
