Act as the customer-facing owner for contract fulfillment and E2E delivery management of an account group, take responsibility for delivery and service customer satisfaction management, customer relationship management, customer requirement management, project fulfillment, commercial solution execution, operation efficiency, and process internal control, and deeply explore customer network and O&M pain points. Effectively support market expansion, resolve delivery issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Understand customers' strategies and business behaviors, understand contracts, identify key risk clauses, design improvement solutions for key risk clauses, lead negotiation on delivery clauses, control assumptions and risks, and improve the overall working capital efficiency of the account department.
Ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer issues in a timely manner according to the VOC and complaint process requirements, drive the closure of VOC, customer complaints, and non-technical issues, and manage reasonable customer expectations and requirements. Continuously maintain customer relationships, improve, and build a win-win partnership of mutual trust.
Assist the market, gain insight into customers' strategies and pain points in business, network, operation, and O&M, accurately understand customers' requirements and pain points, present value to customers, achieve continuous sales through operations, and drive new opportunities.
Customize delivery strategies and solutions; use digital tools and solutions to improve delivery efficiency, improve delivery competitiveness, enhance customer loyalty, and present and monetize delivery value.
Understand the pain points of customer network O&M, ensure routine fulfillment and service continuity of network assurance, ensure no cyber security and information security incidents, and protect the maintenance price of installed base.
Qualifications:
Project management knowledge and skills.
Proficient in using office software.
General knowledge of sales, general knowledge of project management, cyber security, customer relationship development, contract fulfillment, and operation & finance.
