An exciting opportunity to join a leading international company as an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, RRP.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy: Translate RRP business goals into measurable KPIs for online sales and marketing. Develop and execute online campaigns (SEO, SMM, email, other channels) aligned with brand strategy.
E-commerce: Manage online store and digital platforms, ensuring content, pricing, and UX optimization to increase consumer satisfaction.
Performance: Analyze data from Google Analytics, social media, and CRM to monitor traffic, conversions, and sales, identifying areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing for better conversion rates.
Digital Content: Develop and implement content strategy in collaboration with brand managers, including blog, social media, and email content. Oversee creation of visual materials.
Operations: Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, optimize spending for ROI, coordinate with partners (agencies, platforms). Oversee SEO, SEM, loyalty programs, and customer service improvements.
Other: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and perform ad-hoc tasks from line and senior managers.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows applications, CRM systems, Adobe tools (advantage).
Basic understanding of software development & support.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team, including remotely.
Advanced level of English is required.
