Описание

Мы развиваем продукты в области обмена, токенизации и легализации операций для финтех-клиентов. Работаем с B2B-сегментом, где требуется переход от «гибких схем» к регулируемым моделям.

Что предстоит делать:

• Привлекать B2B-клиентов: обменные сервисы, OTC-площадки, биржи, финтех-стартапы
• Продавать решения по токенизации, созданию обменников, крипто-финансовым продуктам
• Помогать клиентам переходить от «гибких схем» к прозрачным моделям (счета, лицензии, комплаенс)
• Проводить переговоры, выявлять потребности, выстраивать кастомные предложения
• Взаимодействовать с юристами, продуктовой и технической командами
• Строить партнёрские каналы и альянсы

Что важно:
• Опыт в финтехе, крипте, обменниках, платёжных решениях — от 2–3 лет
• Понимание, как устроены OTC, P2P, кастодиальные кошельки и AML-комплаенс
• Умение вести сделку от первого касания до запуска
• Навыки B2B-продаж и построения партнёрской сети
• Умение говорить с клиентом на его языке — без воды, чётко по задачам
• Знание английского — на уровне ведения переписки и звонков (желательно)
