Job purpose:
Manage the procurement process for Abu-Dhabi Plaza Assets in Astana, Kazakhstan, operational requirement, including works and services for corporate, maintenance and Fit-out, FF and E, IT supplies, furniture and etc.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 10+ years of experience
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
•Previous experience in construction, real estate, retail or mixed used asset.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Strong conflict resolution and communication management skills
•Great understanding of policies, procedures and work methods
•Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Knowledge of modern purchasing methods, procedures and practices.
•Working experience in ERP environment, preferably using purchasing module in Oracle
•Knowledge of purchasing / procurement concepts, processes, activities and trends.
•Knowledge of English language in advanced level is a must
QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in accounting/economics or finance.
Certificate from International Accredited Organizations is an advantage
