HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop brand annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop, and execute marketing plans and pricings/de-pricings with finance that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Management or Finance). MSc/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years brand management experience within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; P&L management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including a track record of developing and driving initiatives that achieve objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience utilizing Nielsen, GFK, and other research data reporting and analysis
- Experience identifying, building, and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
