Your Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Budgeting: Preparation of budgets, plan-fact analysis, conducting meetings with budget holders; preparation and updating of plans and forecasts for all P&L lines; preparation of financial reports

• Analytics: Analysis of sales and profitability; analysis of project profitability, activities, and business plans; calculation and analysis of KPIs; analysis of investment efficiency; preparation of presentations for management

• Control and Compliance: Control of representative office expenses; control of product stock levels; control of accounts receivable; control and approval of commercial promotions and trading conditions; ensuring all processes comply with established standards and rules

• Pricing: Analysis of product profitability and price adjustments; analysis of prices and discount levels

• Monthly Financial Closing: Preparation of Accruals list, plan-fact reconciliation for all P&L lines

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Higher education in economics/finance
• At least 3 years of experience in financial activities in a large company
• Knowledge of IFRS basics, tax legislation, management accounting, and budget management
• Languages: Russian, English (at least Intermediate level)
• Advanced user of applications: MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
