Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Responsible for the inbound, outbound, transfer, and sales of goods and materials, ensuring consistency between physical inventory and records in the 1C system;
Organize regular stocktaking, control inventory turnover rate, and reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Logistics Coordination and Execution
Oversee domestic transportation, receiving, shipping, and delivery operations across Kazakhstan;
Manage local third-party logistics (3PL) partners to improve timeliness and cost-efficiency;
Coordinate cross-border logistics and ensure smooth customs declaration and clearance processes.
System and Data Management
Proficient in using the 1C system for inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations and data entry;
Generate regular inventory and logistics reports to support business and finance departments.
Process Optimization and SOP Development
Review and continuously optimize inventory and logistics workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
Establish and improve warehouse, transportation, and inbound/outbound procedures and SOPs.
Team Management and Cross-functional Coordination
Supervise the warehouse and logistics team to ensure standardized and efficient daily operations;
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields preferred;
Minimum 3 years of inventory and logistics management experience in Kazakhstan;
Proficient in the 1C system and common office software;
Familiar with Kazakhstan’s local logistics network and customs clearance processes;
Strong sense of responsibility and resilience, with excellent communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
