Position: Sales and Reservation Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate hotels, modes of transportation, costs, and accommodation
• Reply to queries within a given by Managers time frame, calculate total travel costs as per their request and offer alternatives in case the requested hotels/resorts are fully committed or fully booked

• Maintain all the personally made bookings and make sure all the services are in order before guest arrival and payments are collected before the due date

• Work with a reservation system, data entering and maintaining, CRM and social media accounts

Skills & Abilities

• Skills at reservations and sales of a tourism product
• Ability to work with people and deal with stressful situations
• Fluent English

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in tourism
• As minimum 1 -3 years experience in the travel field (travel agency)
