Responsibilities:
Budget control: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to support decision-making
Payment Processing: Execute timely and accurate payments to vendors and clients; Verify payment details and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Maintain records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
Making by due date balances for customers, checking each customers’ due for payment;
Registration of new customers: checking for all required documents (existence and correctness), registration based on approval in the ERP system;
Quarterly calculation of Penalty, Early Payment Bonus (if exist), up to Top Management’s decision increase/ decrease in the system;
Closing Document Preparation: Review, and finalize closing documents for various transactions; Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements; Coordinate with relevant parties to gather necessary information and signatures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, management preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especcially Excel.
English language - at least Intermediate level.
SAP will be an advantage.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM (full-time).
