We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who truly understands how to run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads and can help us build and automate lead generation funnels for our accounting firm in the USA.

We’re a growing accounting firm helping small and medium-sized business owners across the U.S. with services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial guidance. Our goal is to attract more leads through paid ads and convert them through a simple, automated funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, and copy to improve lead quality
- Build simple, high-converting funnels (landing pages, lead forms, follow-ups)
- Set up automations (emails, texts, CRM integrations) to save time and boost conversions
- Track performance and make regular data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with our internal team to align messaging and results

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of targeting, creative, copywriting, and campaign structure
- Experience building lead generation funnels
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Kazakh or Russian is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with service-based or professional firms (like legal, accounting, etc.)

Availability:
- Part-time to start (5–15 hours/week)
- Preferably available during U.S. business hours (EST)

Compensation:
- Hourly rate based on experience
- Bonus structure available based on performance and lead results
