Why this role matters

We're building apps used by millions, and we’re looking for an Android Developer who knows how to turn ideas into clean, fast, reliable code. You’ll be part of a small, focused team shipping features quickly - without unnecessary layers, meetings, or overhead.

You'll own large parts of the app, work closely with product and design, and help us push the platform forward. If you enjoy clean architecture, thoughtful UX, and staying up to date with the latest in Android development, you'll feel at home here.

How you’ll create impact

• Design, build, and ship Android apps in Kotlin with modern architecture and great performance

• Collaborate with product, design, and other developers from idea to release

• Keep the app smooth, responsive, and crash-free (we care about quality)

• Debug and fix issues quickly when they pop up

• Contribute to clean code standards, automation, and long-term scalability

• Stay current with Android best practices, libraries, and tooling

What sets you up for success

• 5+ years building Android apps (Kotlin specifically)

• Strong grasp of Android fundamentals—UI, lifecycle, architecture, testing

• Experience working with third-party libraries, APIs, and integrations

• Fluent with Git and comfortable in agile, iterative teams

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and fast at solving problems

• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact

Bonus if you've worked with

• Firebase services (Crashlytics, Firestore, Analytics, Remote Config, Performance, Messaging)

• Dependency injection frameworks (Dagger, Hilt)

• Monetization experience - in-app purchases or ad mediation (AdMob, IronSource, UnityAds)

• Kotlin Coroutines and WorkManager for background tasks

• XML layouts and ViewBinding for UI, plus MotionLayout familiarity

• OkHttp and Gson for network and data parsing

• Google Play release cycles, staged rollouts, and app review process

• Security best practices for Android

• Unit testing and test automation frameworks
