Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely calculation of taxes and other obligatory payments. Exercise control over the timeliness of tax payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting filing.
• Ensure that the tax returns data and tax payments are properly reflected in the taxpayer’s account with the tax authorities.
• Prepare estimate of taxes and other obligatory payments.
• Manage and maintain the company’s tax filing and archive system.
• Arrange preparatory works for the tax audits, take an active part in supporting the various audits carried out by the tax and other governmental authorities.
• Preparing responses to the tax correspondence on a timely manner.
• Comply with the Company’s Tax Policy and procedures.
• Advise on Kazakhstan Tax Matters.
• Tax review of the contracts from the RoK tax legislation perspective.
• Ensure tax compliance under the subsurface use contracts and the current Tax Code.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in finance & accounting.
• 4 years related experience in Petroleum, working knowledge of Kazakh tax law (corporate taxation) and/or experience in tax profession:​​​​​​​
