-Answers incoming calls and relays requests to the appropriate staff member, department. Organises the necessary registration, filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and supporting documents. Effectively collaborates with the Procurement Specialist/Administrator in day-to-day working activities. Organises conference and meeting room bookings. Controls and maintains office equipment. Controls the inventory relating to the reception area. Organizes transport/taxi while rotation changes, sending posts to Almaty/Astana officeыб clients and receiving posts etc.
