Key Responsibilities:
Implement the 2025–2027 commercial roadmap
Develop and execute channel-specific sales plans
Deliver on Sell-In/Sell-Out and stock KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Field Force)
Manage key customer relationships and negotiations
Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers and specialists
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales management (FMCG/FMCH)
Proven track record in strategic execution and team leadership
University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluent or upper-intermediate English (or willingness to improve fast)
Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience managing performance across multiple channels
