Responsibilities:
1. PR Strategy & Brand SOV Management
Develop and execute annual PR strategies, manage media relations, and lead press conferences, interviews, and crisis communications.
Monitor industry sentiment, establish early-warning mechanisms, and rapidly respond to negative PR with solutions.
Create high-impact campaigns around key brand milestones (e.g., product launches, promo, company announcements) to boost media exposure and positive sentiment.
2. KOL/KOC management
Resource Integration: Build a multi-tiered KOL/KOC matrix (macro/micro/nano-influencers) across platforms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram), focusing on tech, consumer electronics,lifestyle etc. categories.
Performance Marketing: Oversee collaborations from content ideation (unboxing/reviews/storytelling) to ROI tracking, ensuring brand alignment and quality control.
Data-Driven Optimization: Deliver regular KOL performance reports (impr, views, engagement, conversion rates) to refine resource allocation.
3. Co-brandings
Lead co-branding, celebrity/IP partnerships, and show/movie placements, pop-up events.
Explore new communication methods like AIGC content, global influencer marketing
4. Team & Resource Management
Manage internal/external teams (PR agencies, MCNs), optimize budgets, and ensure execution efficiency.
Build and maintain media databases, KOL pools, and industry resources.
Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years in PR or influencer marketing; deep understanding of the tech/3C industry.
Resources: Strong media and KOL networks; celebrity and goverment cooperation experience is a plus.
Tools: Proficiency in sentiment analysis (e.g., Meltwater) and social analytics tools (e.g., HypeAuditor).
