Описание

red_mad_robot — технологическая компания с экспертизой в запуске цифровых продуктов и новых бизнесов. Включает red_mad_robot AI — центр исследований и разработки ИИ-решений.
Ищем в команду руководителя продуктового маркетинга. Вместе нам предстоит запустить нео-банк по уникальной модели business builder.

Сейчас в команде банка уже работает 140+ человек, до конца 2025 года мы планируем рост до 500 человек.

Обязанности:

  • Разработка и реализация детализированной маркетинговой стратегии для продуктовых направлений;

  • Координация работы с продуктовой командой;

  • Реализация онлайн-кампаний (в приоритете) и оффлайн-активностей (вторично);

  • Управление бюджетом своей зоны ответственности и контроль эффективности по ключевым метрикам;

  • Мониторинг и анализ результатов маркетинговых активностей.

Требования:

  • Желателен опыт работы на позиции PMM в банке, e-commerce;

  • Опыт работы с розничными банковскими продуктами;

  • Глубокое понимание performance-маркетинга и CRM-маркетинга;

  • Наличие успешных продуктовых кейсов;

  • Навыки проведения исследований.
