We are looking for a People Manager as the central position and a CAD specialist as the second position
Nearly 30-40% of your work time will be spent as a People Manager supporting and developing our growing CAD/GIS team. This role focuses on people management, communication, and employee development, not technical leadership. You will work closely with the technical Team Lead to ensure the team's success, motivation, performance review, and long-term growth.
Nearly 60-70% of your work time will be spent as a CAD specialist, providing technical requests for clients on our product, publishing overlays (drawings) to the platform, creating surfaces, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
As a people manager:
Support team operations from a people perspective
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions
Compiling and tracking KPIs
Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive team culture
Manage team workload and resolve conflicts or blockers in coordination with the Team Lead
Identify development needs and organize or recommend relevant training
Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members
Collaborate with management on resource planning and team structure
As a CAD specialist:
Converting and georeferencing drawings using AutoCAD,
Processing Civil 3d surfaces
Communicating with clients about their technical needs.
Leadership & People Management:
2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 people
Proven experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage feedback with empathy and clarity
Technical Awareness:
Confident user of AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
Understanding of CAD production processes
Background in:
Site planning
Design of external utilities
or Processing of topographic survey data
Ability to understand the team’s technical challenges and workflows (technical execution not required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, Architecture, or related field
Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) is a plus.
Experience supporting technical teams (engineering, CAD, GIS, or similar) is a plus
