The Astana International Financial Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager of the Expat Centre in Almaty. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent the Expat Centre, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering exceptional service to AIFC Participants.
Key кesponsibilities:
Act as the primary representative of the Expat Centre in Almaty, building and maintaining positive relationships with government agencies, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive support services to AIFC Participants, assisting them in navigating governmental and non-governmental procedures related to visa-migration, residency, and other administrative matters.
Promote the Expat Centre’s services and products, enhancing client awareness and ensuring service excellence.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, understand client needs, and propose improvements or new service offerings.
Maintain accurate records of client data, service usage, and feedback, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and client satisfaction.
Stay informed on relevant policies, laws, and industry developments to provide up-to-date guidance and insights.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key organisations to introduce innovative services and enhance client support.
Qualifications & requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Customer Relationship Management, Project Management) would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
Proven success in service promotion and client engagement strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated ability to resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally.
Experience in developing and managing partnerships with external stakeholders is highly desirable.
Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused.
