We’re looking for highly qualified 1C Analyst in Almaty with over 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting 1C Payroll and HR Management systems.
Responsibilities:
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
Possess 5+ years of experience working with 1C systems, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with standard 1C configurations such as Accounting (1C: Accounting), Trade Management (1C: Trade), and Payroll and HR (1C: Payroll and HR Management) across various regions (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan).
Exhibit a strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations, including local legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Have expertise in consolidated accounting principles, including structuring and maintaining unified financial records for multi-entity organizations.
Show proficiency in system analysis and business process optimization for improving efficiency using 1C platforms.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Possess good communication skills and work effectively in a team environment.
Exhibit familiarity with integration of 1C systems with external platforms or modules (experience with such integrations is a plus).
Have certifications in 1C technologies or related areas (a plus).
