Perform Quality Control Activities such as review of engineering design for all stages of project, review of all in-line project management processes and activities, to check the compliance with Company’s standards and codes;
Develop, update and monitor Project Quality Control Plans;
Provide all required trainings to personnel, audit the results of quality management processes implementation;
Review and monitor the project quality KPI, timely inform project management of any issues;
Support engineering team in design activities by provision of inputs to design check lists/manual/procedure, risk management, project schedule, design review workshops, internal meetings processes and etc.;
Support project management in project weekly, monthly reports, project close-out reports, non-conformance report, MOC, in development of CTR, works with contractors and suppliers, etc.,
Perform internal audits on quarterly, annual basis, prepare quality audit reports to HQ, clients and another related stakeholders;
Continuously verify that work conforms to project specifications and quality expectations;
Prepare reports on health and safety in the form and at an appropriate time.
Higher professional education and at least 3 (three) years of experience as a QA/QC Manager shall be appointed to the position of QA/QC Manager;
Legislative and regulatory legal acts, administrative and regulatory materials for design, construction and operation of facilities;
ISO 9000, 9001, 14001, 19011, 31011;
EP/EPC/EPCM contacts nature;
Relevant experience in all project design stages (Concept selection, Feasibility study, FEED, Detailed Design).
