What You'll Do:

• Develop user interfaces and enhance user experience.
• Create prototypes and layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and testing.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs.
• Maintain and improve existing products.

What Makes You Shine:

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Proficiency with tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of design principles and user experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Skills in prototyping and A/B testing.
• Ability to work with user data and analytics.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Portfolio with work samples.

Preferred:

• Experience with animation tools (After Effects, Principle).
• Experience in creating design systems.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS.
