Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for reviewing the design of strong electricity and professional electric engineering drawings of the new energy power station project of Kazakhstan regional company, including the selection of equipment and materials in the plan and drawings. Experience in the construction of a 110 kV substation is required, specifically from the perspective of the energy producer;
• Be responsible for project materials, equipment entry plans and statistics, approval, and coordination of construction issues and emergencies during the construction of electrical engineering;
• Be responsible for coordinating and resolving technical problems during the project, supervising the work of the supervision company and construction unit so that the progress, quality, and safety of the project within the scope of management can meet the relevant requirements. Carry out the special acceptance of key parts with supervision engineers;
• Participate in professional inspection and acceptance work and cooperate with the completion of the transfer of production work with the power plant. The candidate must have a technical background, be capable of independently configuring and adjusting electrical systems, and have hands-on experience in equipment setup and commissioning;
• Interact with KEGOC, including preparing and submitting official correspondence, coordinating the approval of equipment, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and regulations;
• Be responsible for accepting and verifying electrical equipment, ensuring its compliance with project specifications, and handling necessary approvals.

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree and above, electrical automation and related majors;
2. 2 years of experience in electrical construction, be able to handle the installation site, commissioning, acceptance and other work independently;
3. With more than 1 year of project management experience; Working experience in wind power, photovoltaic power station or substation construction and management is a must.

4. Able to use Chinese, English, Kazakh, Russian as working languages.

5.Be ready to work on a construction site.
