Duties&Responsibilities

Making statistical and expertise analyses of demand in CIS, S&OP cycle facilitation and leadership, planning tools support and development.

Forecasting and Planning

• Forecast accuracy and service drive for improvement with action plan forming
• Statistics and expert analysis of demand in CIS region.
• Support in evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns in the region
• Formation of the forecast demand in CIS region at SKU level in terms of the week, month
• Deep root cause analysis on forecast errors, drive strong action plan upon them and clear message distribution to comm.team
• Post-analysis of forecast to detect the real effect of the volume of activities, innovations, promotions and other (in entrusted region)

S&OP process improvement

• Leadership in organizing and conducting Demand Review (Demand alignment meeting), outcome of Supply Review alignment with commercial team. Forecast activity coordination, challenge bottom-up volume, bring expertise via analystics and indicate main influence factors on demand. Driving action plan for better change. DR/SR leading performance
• Supervising S&OP and forecast operational tasks to demand planners (leading operational cycle for 2 persons: Sr Planner itself, Demand planner)
• Participation in projects to improve tools of forecasting and planning and other projects of planning
• Cooperation with Planning, Logistics and Customer Service Specialist for maximum operating efficiency

• Upgrading slides decks, outlook and representation (team’s capabilities)
• Financial forecasting support from Demand team
• Procedures facilitation, forming and alignment with other functions

Other capabilities:

• Managing leadership expectation and driving the change in the process and accuracy
• Bringing value and growing expertise for EE demand community
• Bringing innovations to the processes, tools driving action plans for Russian demand team & SOP cross-functional team
• Cautious decision-making for S&OP volume, accelerating demand team response
• Improving business partner relationship with the commercial team

Requirements

• Higher education
• S&OP process leadership experience
• Project Management experience
• People management experience as a plus
• Analytical & organizational skills, good communication skills, pro-activity
• Knowledge of forecast methods; advanced Excel user
• SAP, APO and BW expertise
• Analytical skills
• Presentation skills
• Fluent English
