Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team for an initial period of 3-4 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. As a Freelance Recruiter at Glovo, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth and ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LinkedIn Recruiter System.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems of LinkedIN and other recruitment tools.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
