As a Senior Backend Engineer at BlueThrone, you will architect and develop the core systems that drive our platform. What Sets You Apart

• 6+ years of professional backend development, specializing in Node.js and TypeScript for high-traffic applications

• Professional fluency in English and Russian for project-specific requirements and team collaboration

• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable system architectures and building production-grade RESTful APIs

• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch for complex data management and search optimization

• Strong experience implementing Redis caching solutions and RabbitMQ message queuing systems

• Strategic understanding of Nginx and infrastructure management that elevates team capabilities

• Track record of implementing comprehensive testing strategies and maintaining high code quality standards

• Natural collaborative spirit, finding joy in code reviews and cross-functional innovation

• Agility in fast-paced environments, with proficiency in project tools like Jira

• Passion for emerging technologies and their transformative potential

The interview process 🪜

1. Initial call with the people team to understand your motivation (30 minutes).
   
2. Technical interview with our Tech Lead to assess your technical skills (90 minutes).
   
3. Call with CTO (45 minutes).
4. Meet the PM (30min)
