What You’ll Do:

• Hunt for the best talent across different platforms – LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Reddit, job boards, and beyond.
• Think outside the box – if the perfect candidate isn’t on LinkedIn, you’ll know where to look next.
• Reach out to candidates and make sure they’re interested.
• Keep our database organized – track leads, updates, and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and new sourcing tools.

What we expect from you:

• Fluent English – you’ll be reaching out to candidates from different countries.
• Curiosity & creativity – you love exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies.
• Basic understanding of recruiting & hiring processes (but we’ll teach you the rest!).

• Experience in closing IT or non IT positions - as an advantage
